Spirit Doesn't Mind if You're Needy

By Brandon Alter:

Just because I teach spiritual tools doesn't mean I feel like I'm floating on a cloud all the time. In fact, this week is starting out rough and tumble and I'm feeling lost, depressed, and downright shitty.

I was having a heart to heart with my mom this morning, we were sharing our sorrows. And she said to me, "On days like this, I tell my Angels that I'm feeling needy, and I put in a request for some extra care. "

Well I thought this was pretty brilliant!

Because the truth about your spirit guides, your angels, your ancestors is that they will meet you WHEREVER you are. They will meet you when you are drunk as a skunk or high as a kite. They will meet you strung out in prison or wailing on the bathroom floor. They will never abandon you, and you can ask for them for literally anything you want. All they care about is helping you become the best version of yourself that you can be. All they want is for you to be walking your heart's path and living out your soul's true purpose.

So it's ok to be needy! It's ok to ask for twenty signs in a day. It's ok to come to your spirit guides broken and bruised and full of doubts. They will come to you even if you aren't sure they exist. That's how deeply they care for us. So my advice to ya'll (which is really just advice to myself) is to double down on spirit.

Get needy with the universe and ask for everything you need. There is no such thing as ASKING TOO MUCH from the universe. Just remember to say thank you.
